The Bucklers Family
We opened Bucklers in May 2017, we brought a run down café and completely spun it around to make it a little different to anywhere else. It is now a very busy but super friendly place to enjoy the most perfect coffee, cakes, breakfasts and lunches. As with all of the bucklers family businesses we strive to use local produce wherever we can.
We have won numerous awards for our food and service which we are very proud of, but we couldn’t have done it without our incredible team and our loyal customers.

B12 Bar & Kitchen is in the heart of the market town, Hailsham. We opened our doors in 2019 and it has proven extremely popular with the local community. The restaurant boasts a unique Al-a-carte menu, where you can enjoy local, freshly sourced produce within every creation. Mark Blakiston, our head chef has put together an exquisite, on-trend seasonal menu. We also have a great Vegan and gluten free menu.
Along with our restaurant we also have an extensive wine and cocktail list made by our experienced mixologists, where you can find over 35 different cocktails, including our sensational cocktail trees. We offer bottomless brunch and Bottomless gin nights throughout the year, which is great for groups of friends or families to enjoy and boast in the ambience.
